So I'm probably like the worst person to watch. I know! hahaha
The pathetic thing is this: I work and not much else. I really don't do much else. I work everyday, and for some reason, managed to obtain 35 hours this week. Since my mode of transportation is a bike.. i lose two additional hours everyday that I work riding a bike, and an additional 30-45 minutes getting ready when i work, which is everyday except one because I either don't get two days off, or I work on my second day off.

And since I'm always busy, and since dA hasn't come up with a veritable iphone app... I just sit and try to navigate dA through safari which doesn't really work out well on a small.. mobile.. thing.

So here's some news:

For the past.. I dunno... 4 months, I've had nothing but problems with my computer. It runs quick, doesn't lag, has enough memory and hard drive space, and it's not a bad computer. However, every single time I'd start it up, it would immediately crash with the famous vista Blue screen of death with errors like: memory management, IRQL not less or equal, and page fault in non page area. Crazy, right? I ran memtest86.. no RAM problems which is what I was led to believe was the problem. I was stressed out because while I make about 350 every two weeks, I do have a cell phone bill to pay, food and necessities to buy, and a plane ticket to save up for. I know... I basically live for plane tickets. Anyways. I didn't want to buy a new computer.. even one with 8GB because, well, what if I lose my job? I'd be quite literally fucked. I don't spend money except for here and there because I'm afraid of not getting more hours the next week, or I'd lose my job somehow.
So i thought.. i'd shell out $40 a pop for new RAM. Turns out I didn't need to.

I got Windows 7 last night. I woke up at 12am (not because I wanted to, but because my sister just so happened to start throwing up at 7 past midnight... she's got the flu. I was willing to wait until 8am.. which is when I had to get up and get ready for work, but since i was up, I decided, what the hell? why not?) and downloaded it. I've restarted and shut down my computer many times and not once did my computer crash or pop up with a blue screen. Let's hope it remains that way. *crosses fingers and knocks on wood*

The best part? I only paid 29 for Windows 7. [link] I have to tell everyone because I was sad that no one told me... especially since I found out literally HOURS before my csulb email account expired. So instead of shelling out $550+ on a new computer, or $200+ for new RAM and a new OS, i spent 42.46 (I had a CD sent to me for 13 or so). Yay.

I've abandoned my hope of owning a continuous lighting set. I decided to use the money my mom owes me (around $210) plus some of the money I've saved to get a speedlite (hot shoe flash) and a new lens. I haven't decided if I want a wide angle, prime with an aperture of f/2 and lower (ideally f/1.8), or a macro. All can get pricey... I might end up using all 200 to get a cheap flash. Dunno. I don't like thinking about money... ahahaha

My anniversary is coming up! 2 Years! I know.. it's insane. Nov 12th.

On Halloween, I'm going to be a bee! I know! Cute, right? I think so. Because I'm a lazy s.o.b, the pictures I have are all on my facebook... which might actually be public to everyone. Ionno. [link] There you go. Now you can see it!
